“Where are my leaders? I am calling them to the front! It’s time to rally the people!”
In a dream the other night, the Lord issued a summons to leaders in the Body of Christ. Many have been distracted and filled with doubts. Some have wondered if they are qualified or prepared for the task. Others have been disappointed in themselves because they can’t meet all the needs of the people. Some have not taken the necessary time to prepare their own hearts and lives for what is ahead.
And yet – the hour is late! The stage has already been set and heaven’s hosts have been gathered and prepared. The Lord needs YOUR LEADERSHIP in this hour! You are being called to the front to raise your voice so the people can hear the word of the Lord! This is not a time to second-guess the mission or debate your readiness. The Lord is calling YOU and it’s time to move. Do not wait any longer, for the time is NOW.
Throughout biblical history, whenever the people of God were expected to do exploits and defeat their enemies, there was always a rally cry – a coming together to reinforce heaven’s command and stir up courage in the people. This is that time. This is that day. You must know the mission at hand and not look to other seasons and other assignments. The Lord will provide others to fill in the gaps and pastor the people you cannot reach. Do not allow guilt or even jealousy of the gifts of others to keep you from YOUR calling in this hour.
Heaven is about to unleash a wave of supernatural justice on the earth and the hosts have been lined up. But without the needed commanders on this side, the mission will not succeed. There must be agreement in the camp if God’s people are to rise in victory against the demonic forces aligned against us.
The battles to be won will not be won through clever human intervention, strategic campaign tactics, or skillful economic means. Do not look to the earth realm for the answers! The breakthroughs for healing and deliverance will not come solely based on innovation, miracle drugs, or wonder cures. Yes, these play a part, but there is a SUPERNATURAL element about to be released that nothing else can match. But, it can only come forth when God’s leaders are in place and SOUND THE ALARM to prepare the way.
If you are a leader in the Body of Christ, be sure to know your specific assignment right now and do not compare with others. You must lean into God’s call on YOUR life and be faithful to THAT. For some, you must be willing to leave “the one” to the care of someone else so that you can answer the call to the front. If you have been alert to His ways, the Lord has already been providing people to help you and you must let them do their part.
For some leaders, you have been searching your own heart and going through a time of sanctification and purification. This is a good thing, and yet you must now leave your prayer closet and take your place in front of the people so they can rise up in boldness and courage for what lies ahead. They need strong leadership to prepare the way for victory! They need to know THE MISSION. They need an infusion of faith so that the CALL will outweigh the COST.
There is a sound from the Church that must arise to defeat the enemies waging war against the Kingdom. It is not just the sound of united prayer or passionate worship. These practices prepare the atmosphere and align our hearts, but their purpose is to reinforce our mission and clarify our call. Decisions must be made and actions must be taken from a faith-filled people who have come together in agreement, with one heart, one mind, and one purpose to answer the charge.
So all the men of Israel gathered against the city, united as one man. (Judges 20:11 ESV)
The principalities at work in high places can only be defeated through a chosen people and holy nation that is united by a common cause. We have been given the time to prepare, but we must learn when it is time to come into formation to do warfare together. It is time for God’s leaders to take that place which heaven has been preparing them for. You know who you are. There will always be the need for acts of compassion and service to the poor. But, do not allow the endless needs to keep you in the rear when it is time to come to the front.
This is not a time to preach your pet doctrines or build your personal ministry. This is not about how good YOU LOOK, but how well YOUR TROOPS ARE EMPOWERED. This is the time to REINFORCE THE RANKS for which YOU have been given charge. The Commander of the Lord’s army is at the helm and we must all align under His direction to advance into enemy territory.
Even in this time of distancing and isolation, God is preparing a way for His leaders to rally the people. It is not based on the numbers in your gatherings or the size of your platform. It is based on the SOUND OF YOUR VOICE. If you have been faithful, there is a rally cry within YOU. The heart of the Lion of Judah is inside of you and it must now ROAR the charge and inspire those you lead. That which you have learned in the secret place must be poured out so that the people can know that God is with us and will heed our cries.
Do not shrink back. Do not be silent. And do not waste time in distraction and doubt. Take your place – know that which has been assigned to you and that which ONLY YOU can do. There is no Plan B. YOU have been called into service! Heaven is waiting and the people are watching. Run to the front and rally the troops for the mission is underway and your voice must be heard!

I appreciate your work and ministry, but I have concerns on the current condition of the American Church.
Every local Church should be operating under the Name of Christ instead of a denomination other than Christ. When they are incorporated by the State Government, they are giving the State Control, and if they are a 501, C 3 Non-Profit, they are giving the National (IRS) Government Control. This probably is the reason the Church has little influence (voice) or power in the state or national culture. Christ not the Government should be in control and followed by every Believer.
The condition of the Church especially in America, is sad. According to the most recent translation of the New Testament which uses the language of The Lord Jesus and His Apostles who recorded His Words, Church is Assembly. The Word for Church is not used one time. And the Word Pastor may have been used once in Ephesians 4:11. All other places, it is used for other Words such as Shepard.
I don’t know how long the inaccuracy of interpretation of God’s Word has been, may be since the third century. But when we have access to the Recorded Scriptures in the original languages available now, the American Church will not have any excuses why they are ignorant to the Truth. Every Believer must rely on the Holy Spirit for themselves by studying the Word of God for themselves and become mature in the Faith of Jesus Christ.
John – I identify with your concerns! I actually address these in my book. Americans use the term “pastor” simply out of cultural habit instead of biblical accuracy. I use the term for that reason, alone, so that we can have a base of practical application. We need to reset our understanding of “Church” and what that means for leaders, especially. Ultimately, we need to understand the spiritual significance of our roles more than our cultural traditions. That’s going to take some time, but I’m praying there will be enough leaders who are apostolic and prophetic in their perspective who can help lead the way to reformation.
Thanks for a very encouraging and challenging and exciting word. Could you please elaborate when you mentioned “be willing to leave ‘the one’ to some one else’s care”? Are you talking about a spouse or child or parent? And could you give an example. Thanks!!
Hello Dave – What I meant by leaving “the one” was a reference to the tendency of some leaders to have such a great gift of compassion for individuals, it’s hard to see the forest for the trees and attend to the whole group. There will always be needs among us – even Jesus said that. Sometimes, the pastoral care that is needed must be handed over to others so that the visionary leaders can make the best decisions for the entire body, and not just be partial to one. I wasn’t referring as much to family members, though the dream I had did show family members with “needs” – though they were not emergency medical or spiritual needs, as much as constant interruptions and distractions that were not critical. As a leader myself, I know the guilt trips we can go on when we have to leave that one individual in order to answer the call to the whole. Hope that makes sense. Thanks for the question:-).
God took the Israelites out of Egypt, Satan’s Kingdom, to establish a Godly Kingdom in Canaan where they were to prepare for their true King to come, that being God’s son Jesus. The temple was the symbolic representation of the Messiah and therefore the object of their faith. By attending the temple, they were preparing themselves to attend the Messiah when he came.
Leading up to Jesus’ advent there had been no separation of state and religion. Jesus came to establish God’s Kingdom on earth as it is in Heaven.
Isaiah 9:6 “For to us a child is born,
to us a son is given, and the ‘government’ will be on his shoulders.
And he will be called Wonderful Counsellor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace”.
America’s situation mirrors Israel’s. Fleeing persecution and tyranny, Christians and others came to America, the new lands to start a new life, America being the modern day Canaan. In respect to governance, America’s Founding Father’s as in the case of Israel’s Founding Fathers were religious. In America’s case they were Christian. Therefore the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence were penned in accordance to Christian ideals, beliefs and values.
Just as the Israelites were to remain faithful and obedient to God and His commandments, so too are Christians and all Americans, according to God’s Word and these two founding articles. The Israelites were the stewards of God’s nation, and were accountable to God for their actions or lack of as is true for Christians today.
God didn’t establish America to become a secular humanist state centred on mammon and immorality as America has become. The Pilgrim Fathers were escaping that reality amongst other things.
‘Man does not live by bread alone’, and when he worships mammon above God, that is the beginning of corruption that ultimately leads to tyranny. It is the responsibility of Christians to be involved in governance, so that as the representatives of Christ, the ‘government will be upon your shoulders’. You are responsible for the governance of your nation and the direction it goes in.
Lenin with a handful of men overthrew the government of the day to install a Satanic governance. In America’s case it has just been a ‘long march through the institutions’, hence Lance Wallnau’s ‘Seven Mountains’ teaching. This is the Satanic equivalent of the Israelites marching around the walls of Jericho seven times and the city walls (society) collapsing. America has been encircled from within and the noose is tightening like a boa constrictor encircling and crushing its prey.
Christians are absolutely responsible for the state of their nation and will be judged for allowing God’s nation to go down the toilet as the servant who buried his talent, in this case the talent being America. Therefore the talent was taken from him, and given to another who was ‘producing the fruits’ of its investment.
God will turn away from America and find another nation to do His Will, and leave you with your so called ‘American Dream’ built on sand and mammon. That is why God gave you President Trump. Christians have failed in their responsibility to steward God’s nation and prepare for God’s Kingdom, becoming self-absorbed in their own ‘housing projects’, water melon patches, and ‘signs and wonders’. Well I can tell you, God doesn’t give a fig about signs and wonders, He desires obedience, just as Samuel told Saul:
1 Samuel 15: 22 “And Samuel said,
“Has the Lord as great delight in burnt offerings and sacrifices, (signs and wonders)* as in obeying the voice of the Lord?
Behold, to obey is better than sacrifice, and to hearken than the fat of rams. 23 For rebellion is as the sin of divination, and stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry. Because you have rejected the word of the Lord, he has also rejected you from being king.” *added
What was the Fall of man caused by? Disobedience.
Similarly Jesus said:
Mt 12:38 “Then some of the scribes and Pharisees said to him, “Teacher, we wish to see a sign from you.” 39 But he answered them, “An evil and adulterous generation seeks for a sign; but no sign shall be given to it except the sign of the prophet Jonah. 40 For as Jonah was three days and three nights in the belly of the whale, so will the Son of man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth. 41 The men of Nin′eveh will arise at the judgment with this generation and condemn it; for they repented at the preaching of Jonah, and behold, something greater than Jonah is here. 42 The queen of the South will arise at the judgment with this generation and condemn it; for she came from the ends of the earth to hear the wisdom of Solomon, and behold, something greater than Solomon is here”.
To be God’s remnant, Christians have to unite together and repent, as the people of Nineveh did. You have to humble yourselves as the Israelites did to Cyrus, still remembering him to this day.
Here also is another important bible verse to reflect upon:
Mt 21:33 “Hear another parable. There was a householder who planted a vineyard, and set a hedge around it, and dug a wine press in it, and built a tower, and let it out to tenants, and went into another country. 34 When the season of fruit drew near, he sent his servants to the tenants, to get his fruit; 35 and the tenants took his servants and beat one, killed another, and stoned another. 36 Again he sent other servants, more than the first; and they did the same to them. 37 Afterward he sent his son to them, saying, ‘They will respect my son.’ 38 But when the tenants saw the son, they said to themselves, ‘This is the heir; come, let us kill him and have his inheritance.’ 39 And they took him and cast him out of the vineyard, and killed him. 40 When therefore the owner of the vineyard comes, what will he do to those tenants?” 41 They said to him, “He will put those wretches to a miserable death, and let out the vineyard to other tenants who will give him the fruits in their seasons.”
43 “Therefore I tell you, the kingdom of God will be taken away from you and given to a nation producing the fruits of it.”
Christians must first be seeking God’s Kingdom and His Righteousness and as God told Joshua:
Joshua 1:7 “Be strong and very courageous. Be careful to obey all the law my servant Moses gave you; do not turn from it to the right or to the left, that you may be successful wherever you go. 8 Keep this Book of the Law always on your lips; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful. 9 Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.”
Christians must now stand together, be strong and courageous, and fight for what God has given us, or it will be taken away from us, as it was for the Israelites. God didn’t turn this country over to you, tolerate your many misdeeds, and then have you give it away to the Godless Left, the Gog.
Jesus made it clear in John 17 he wanted his followers to be one and united in heart:
John 17:13 “But now I come to You, and these things I speak in the world, that they may have My joy fulfilled in themselves. 14 I have given them Your word; and the world has hated them because they are not of the world, just as I am not of the world. 15 I do not pray that You should take them out of the world, but that You should keep them from the evil one. 16 They are not of the world, just as I am not of the world. 17 Sanctify them by Your truth. Your word is truth. 18 As You sent Me into the world, I also have sent them into the world. 19 And for their sakes I sanctify Myself, that they also may be sanctified by the truth.
20 “I do not pray for these alone, but also for those who will believe in Me through their word; 21 that they all may be one, as You, Father, are in Me, and I in You; that they also may be one in Us, that the world may believe that You sent Me. 22 And the glory which You gave Me I have given them, that they may be one just as We are one: 23 I in them, and You in Me; that they may be made perfect in one, and that the world may know that You have sent Me, and have loved them as You have loved Me”.
When Jesus speaks of ‘not being of the world’, he is referring to this sinful, fallen world,
not the planet Earth, the physical world we live in. That is why Jesus said, ‘Seek first God’s Kingdom and His Righteousness’. That means governance over a territory and citizens, which means government. Don’t let Satan run America or your own nation. God is seeking His nation to rule over, hence the Kingdom of God.
Christians are the stewards of such a nation and are therefore directly responsible for who governs and what happens in God’s nation. You are responsible to work and figure it out, not wait for God to somehow rescue you, or it will just miraculously work itself out. It won’t. That’s why people have to do something as has always been the case for God’s Will to be accomplished, whether that was Adam and Eve, Noah, Abraham, Jacob, Joseph, Moses or Rahab the harlot. They were justified by their actions, not just by believing.
James 2:22 “You see that faith was active along with his works, and faith was completed by works, 23 and the scripture was fulfilled which says, “Abraham believed God, and it was reckoned to him as righteousness”; and he was called the friend of God. 24 You see that a man is justified by works and not by faith alone. 25 And in the same way was not also Rahab the harlot justified by works when she received the messengers and sent them out another way? 26 For as the body apart from the spirit is dead, so faith apart from works is dead”.
Christians must repent today, as the early Christians did following Passover, tomorrow may be too late!
