“I AM GIVING THEM TIME TO REPENT”

More and more people are waking to the reality of not only the widespread corruption in our governmental systems, but also the satanic ritual abuses taking place around the world. The human trafficking issue is becoming a major thread in many of these agendas and the injustices are mounting. Realizing what has been taking place around the globe, for a lot longer than previously thought, believers are finding it increasingly hard to wait for justice.

When praying about this recently I asked the Lord why it was taking so long for things to be revealed. Without hesitation He said, “I’m giving them time to repent.”

Who desires all people to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth. (1 Timothy 2:4 ESV)

What immediately struck me was MERCY.  Knowing that He sees everything, I can’t humanly comprehend what it must be like to see such death and depravity and yet hold back judgment. And yet, He’s done it before. Looking through the Old Testament, we can see God continually dealing with people who refused to obey His laws, chased after false gods, and sacrificed their children. If we think this is the first time things have gotten this bad, just look at the history of God’s people.

In Exodus 32:9, God denounces Israel for being a stiff-necked people because of their refusal to repent for their wicked ways. In other passages He says they were stubborn (Deuteronomy 9:6) and obstinate (Isaiah 48:4). It seems He is well aware of our human tendency to justify our sins and ignore His warnings. He spoke through the prophet Ezekiel concerning their ongoing idolatry and demonic evils. The sins listed are many of the same practices we are facing today. Yes, Lucifer and his hordes have been bloodthirsty from the very start, and their killing spree has been ongoing.  Time after time, God would denounce these sins and give the people a chance to repent. And it wasn’t because of their righteousness that He would eventually act.

Thus says the Lord God: It is not for your sake, O house of Israel, that I am about to act, but for the sake of My holy name, which you have profaned among the nations to which you came. And I will vindicate the holiness of My great name, which has been profaned among the nations, and which you have profaned among them. And the nations will know that I am the Lord, declares the Lord God, when through you I vindicate My holiness before their eyes. (Ezekiel 36:22-23 ESV)

God IS going to act because that’s who He is. Throughout history, He repeatedly intervenes for the sake of HIS name and His holiness. He cannot violate His covenant, nor will He allow His reputation to be defamed. But even as we repent of our sins and stand in the gap for truth and righteousness, we must also realize He is going after those who are still blind to truth. Even those who are stiff-necked and obstinate, He is giving a chance to turn back.

HE’S GOING AFTER THE BLIND

If we are to embrace God’s mercy as we wait for justice, we need to separate out the corrupt from the blind, the reprobate from the lost. Though there are those who have willingly given themselves over to the devil and no longer wish to be “saved,” there are those who are simply lost. They are deceived, trapped, and disillusioned. Whether they’ve been blackmailed, threatened, or simply lost in their sin, I believe these are the souls that God is going after. As a loving Father, God sees those who have pure hearts, but have fallen. We may not know all the details, but He does – and He’s willing to give them a chance to make the right choice. We have to consider the possibility that there are some future Kingdom agents caught behind enemy lines that God is determined to bring out before it’s too late.

An example of this in Scripture is the Apostle Paul. Once a fierce executioner of Jesus-followers, Saul was spiritually blind. His religious pride drove him to hunt down and destroy anyone who dared oppose his belief system and way of life. He was feared by the early Church because of his relentless pursuit to imprison and kill Christians. Though he loved God, his zeal was misplaced, and his arrogance opened the door to a spirit of murder. It took a supernatural encounter to wake him up and show him just how blind he really was.

And falling to the ground he heard a voice saying to him, “Saul, Saul, why are you persecuting me?” And he said, “Who are you, Lord?” And he said, “I am Jesus, whom you are persecuting. But rise and enter the city, and you will be told what you are to do.” … Saul rose from the ground, and although his eyes were opened, he saw nothing. So they led him by the hand and brought him into Damascus. And for three days he was without sight, and neither ate nor drank. (Acts 9:4-9 ESV)

This is the epitome of a demonic Religious Spirit. Having eyes that are open – but seeing nothing! Having a perception of truth – while merely walking in the shadows. To help drive the point home to Saul, his spiritual blindness manifested into physical blindness. He was now forced to face his human limitations in perceiving spiritual realities. Groping in the dark, he was confronted with the blackness of his own soul.

THE CURE

It is this pride and arrogance that is feeding the demonic principalities over our nations. This is how the gods of this age have blinded so many. The desires of the flesh, the desires of the eyes, and the pride of life have snared many into doctrines of demons. The dogmas of the deceived are now leading us to our death. Many have unknowingly fallen into traps and torment, groping in the dark for a way out. Thankfully, there is a solution for this epidemic of blindness and deception. There is an antidote that can break the spell of witchcraft and open our eyes to spiritual truths. Saul himself was a recipient of this cure.

“Go, for he is a chosen instrument of mine to carry my name before the Gentiles and kings and the children of Israel. For I will show him how much he must suffer for the sake of my name.” So Ananias departed and entered the house. And laying his hands on him he said, “Brother Saul, the Lord Jesus who appeared to you on the road by which you came has sent me so that you may regain your sight and be filled with the Holy Spirit.” And immediately something like scales fell from his eyes, and he regained his sight. (Acts 9:15-18)

It is the baptism and filling of the Holy Spirit that will open blind eyes and liberate the soul from demonic infiltration. It is the Spirit of Truth that has the power to overturn lies, break off chains, and set captives free. It is this supernatural exchange that will awaken many who have been walking in the dark and looking for the light. God’s mercy can reach into the deepest regions of sinful man to pull him out and defeat Lucifer’s agenda. Though it is hard for those on the outside to watch, it is a necessary part of God’s redemptive plan on the earth.

God has a good track record in dealing with His enemies. Throughout biblical history He has demonstrated forbearance and longsuffering when it comes to evil. Giving Egypt ten plagues instead of one is but one of many examples where God was doing a sovereign work in reaching the hearts of those who opposed Him. Using the oppression of His people as a tool of instruction, He took the needed time to get the attention of those still teachable. In the end, He always accomplishes His purpose and He always fulfills His word.

Whether He’s addressing court magicians in Pharaoh’s palace or political players in the DC swamp, God demonstrates His authority in tangible ways. He shows them who He is and what He can do. He allows them to experience their own depravity to compel a greater thirst for freedom. His mercy and compassion sees the depths of men’s hearts to know who can yet be saved, and He pursues them with a passion. So even as He gives the wicked time to repent, we can rejoice in the rescue to come.

Can the prey be taken from the mighty, or the captives of a tyrant be rescued? For thus says the Lord: “Even the captives of the mighty shall be taken, and the prey of the tyrant be rescued, for I will contend with those who contend with you, and I will save your children. I will make your oppressors eat their own flesh, and they shall be drunk with their own blood as with wine. Then all flesh shall know that I am the Lord your Savior, and your Redeemer, the Mighty One of Jacob.” (Isaiah 49:24-26)

The video below is one of THE best interviews I’ve seen to help those who still can’t see the war we are in or how President Trump has any place in it (and it’s only 45 minutes). Patel Patriot (author of the Devolution Series) discusses President Trump’s activities leading up to November 3, strongly suggesting he knew exactly what was coming – and planned for it. They also discuss why President Trump promoted the vaccine, the social engineering strategies being implemented, and the possible scenarios of his return.  Very concise and to the point. 1. Just thought I’d let you know that the last Bible Reference you gave as (Isaiah 29:22-26) is a typo and should be Isaiah 49:24-26 Thank you for sharing what the Lord has spoken to you

  2. I am so grateful that God gives us plenty of time to repent and turn to Him because if He didn’t I would have been lost. While we wait for His justice to prevail, my heart breaks for those who are oppressed, abused, raped, murdered, and tortured. When will their day come?

  3. I always love your words. I accepted Christ in 1989 but it has been one year since I had my second baptism into the Holy Ghost with fire and have learned more in that one year than the previous 30 years of head knowledge. I was always searching knowing there was something I was missing; being in 1 to 3 bible studies at a time. This last year God has had me writing my thoughts and sending them to my friends but just a few days ago He told me He wanted me to send the words that He was giving out. I asked for a fresh word and WOW did he deliver but I can’t tell you how far this is out of my comfort zone. I’m hoping to come to the workshop you are doing here in Houston in April if that is still going on. The more God grows me the more I realize how much warped theology I had learned so it is a whole new growing experience.

  4. This morning I watched a strong wind outside and I was reminded on Jonah who was a sleep on the storm tossed ship. Jonah is the picture of the sleeping church who refuses the responsibility to preach the church….I share this here and thank you very much for your post and insides. 2 Chronicles 7.14 Let’s humble ourselves for the sake of others and our country’s Shalom from Germany

  5. This is outstanding Wanda. I’ve been hearing repeatedly for several months “Remember, repent and return”. This also speaks to those lost who the H.S. put on your heart. God is ever faithful and always merciful. We should all continually praise His name, and He WILL bring forth His righteousness in HIS way. (2 Chron 20:21-22).
    Praise God!
