ARE WE BEING LED BY THE TRUTH – OR EMOTIONAL MANIPULATION?

What is happening in Israel is stirring many responses from believers and non-believers alike. The reporting from all sides is passionate and heated. Those who have connections to Israel are especially concerned. What happened on October 7 was horrific. There’s no debate concerning the atrocities committed against innocent people and the demonic nature of the attack. And yet, we must make sure that our responses to these tragedies are not based merely on our compassion for the victims, but also the unsettling truths that surround the tragedy.

Considering what we have seen take place in the last three years across the globe, we should know by now that corrupt leaders are manipulating events for their own evil purposes. The news that is reported and the images seen on various platforms can no longer be considered 100% viable or without bias. Everyone has a slant – and an agenda. This doesn’t mean there is no real suffering or cause for action. It simply means we must take the necessary steps in discerning the truth so that mercy and compassion can be rightly administered.

The simple believes everything, but the prudent gives thought to his steps.

Based on our recent history in this nation, I would propose we ask a lot more questions. Instead of assuming we’re being given all the facts, we need to carefully consider what we’re being told – and not told. As the global agenda is now out in the open and more is revealed concerning their plan for total domination as well as our absolute destruction, I am seeing a pattern to their playbook. They create or manipulate a murder scene (of any size or magnitude), pull on the heart strings of good people, and then declare war on the presumed enemy. All for the purpose of perpetuating their insatiable greed for money and power. This is the ugly reality that is now coming to light. We’ve been played – many times. Establishments and systems we thought we could trust are now being exposed as fraudulent, suspect, or outright corrupt. All because we haven’t questioned their cover stories and dug deeper for the truth.

Consider our response to COVID. Regardless of anyone’s take on its source, this crisis was used to manipulate and control the masses. We were told that if we didn’t wear a mask or get a vaccine, we were not acting in love. Emotions were stirred as we saw images of the casualties and read staggering statistics on the horrendous amount of deaths. Many believers were compelled by these reports, and without question, let their heart lead the way. Compliance with mandates became the standard for truth. Unfortunately, the inconceivable truth was that something much more devious was taking place.

As more and more evidence has now come to light concerning the deadly nature of both masks and vaccines, we are becoming more aware of the enemy’s schemes. Our spiritual adversary has learned to take our gift of compassion and turn it against us. Lucifer’s henchmen are using our concern for others as a hook to lead us into a trap. Pain and suffering have been weaponized, and the truth has been replaced with one-sided exaggerations and propaganda. This is the ugly truth that we must consider in our discernment process concerning every attack, every crisis, and every war and rumor of war that seems to emerge on the scene.

If one gives an answer before he hears, it is his folly and shame.

This is why it is critical for Spirit-empowered believers to demonstrate sound judgment and right discernment in volatile times. If we want to see heaven’s justice served against evil doers, we must be willing to examine all the evidence without bias and free from emotional manipulation. But this will require a combination of both heartfelt compassion and righteous judgment. Mercy as well as truth.

Mercy and truth are met together; Righteousness and peace have kissed each other. Truth shall spring out of the earth; And righteousness shall look down from heaven. Yea, the LORD shall give that which is good; And our land shall yield her increase.

Even as we empathize with victims and seek to administer justice to the oppressed, we must also be willing to uncover uncomfortable truths. Perhaps not all is as it appears. Perhaps there is much more taking place in secret rooms and bunkers than we realize.  Given the ongoing exposures of deep state agendas at work, we have to consider all angles before reacting out of anger or even grief.

It is through the mind of Christ and the Spirit of Truth that we can rightly perceive these things and walk in the wisdom of God. Let’s not allow our enemies to lead the way through manipulation and coercion. Our spiritual authority has more leverage than any media report, propaganda, or any public leader’s strong opinion. Let’s unhook ourselves from the enemy’s leash and determine to walk in truth – even if it’s unsettling. Let’s use our spiritual intelligence to override the enemy’s schemes and speak a higher truth that will deliver and transform nations.

The truth is supposed to set us free. We just have to be willing to face it.

  3. We support Musalaha in Israel. It was started by Salim Mumayer about 30 years ago in Israel. Salim is a Christian Palestine who works to bring dialogue between the Christian Jews and the Christian Palestinians and Christian Arabs. He has developed a program to help the folks to listen to each other and so forth. Now they feel that all is lost but maybe God can use these fellowships to bring healing.

  4. Thank you for your article. My heart is grieved by the war against Palestine. We are told to pray for the peace of Jerusalem. But how can this bring peace? I know this is not the popular view among many of my Christian friends and this further grieves me.
