BIBLICAL FOUNDATIONS FOR LEADERS AND AUTHORITY
This is just a reminder that what happened this week is not about politics. It’s about defeating spiritual wickedness in high places over this nation. To post about the outcome is not necessarily a commentary on any individual or party, but on overcoming the demonic agendas at work in every sphere of our culture.
That being said…if we truly believe we are in a spiritual war, we may have just won a major battle, but the war is not over. Yes, our victory has already been secured through Christ in the heavenlies, but on the ground, we still have work to do. The spiritual adversary that seeks to finish his plans for our destruction, is not going away easily…
"...and he departed...until an opportune time."
When the devil wasn’t able to defeat Jesus the first time in the wilderness, it says he just left until another “opportune time.” This is what the enemy does when he loses. He lurks in the shadows and quietly plots another scheme, for another time, thinking to simply change his appearance in hopes of fooling his prey.
Those who have been opposing God’s laws have just experienced a major defeat. They are now lurking in the shadows, looking for an opportune time. Instead of accepting their lot, they are looking for another path on which to continue their destructive plans. Jesus recognized His accuser every time, whether it came through the Pharisees (Matt 23:24-26) or His best friend (Matt 16:23). We must do the same.
We must continue to be on watch for the enemy’s attempts to steal, kill, and destroy God’s purposes for this nation. But just like Jesus did, we can rightly discern the spirit behind any coming accusations, threats, or ultimatums. We can look beyond appearances and detect the source from which the threats come. And with the same confidence and boldness of Jesus, we can resist the demonic forces at work and demand their exit.
We’ve been fooled a lot in past years, unable to recognize the evil spirit behind certain agendas. We should know better now. Let’s be on guard and ready our hearts and minds to stand in faith and remain unmoved in our mission ahead. There is a destiny to be fulfilled and a nation to deliver. And by the presence and power of the Holy Spirit, we will overcome.

Wanda this is so good & so true. We have been praying, interceding for years to undo what had been allowed in the church & in our nation due to our lack of knowledge of spiritual things. Now that God has shown us & taught us how to war we must not allow the devil’s plans to take back what we’ve fought so hard to gain. May we hear Holy Spirit & exercise even greater discernment in the coming days.
Yes! Our local circles of prayer warriors are getting the same messages. Hell is lurking, so keep the discernment up!

I have already seen an attempt to bring division in families and churches. Many who have believed the lies if the enemy are very fearful of this administration. We must guard our families and keep communication open to those who have been wounded by the church or have rejected their faith. I am believing for prodigals to return and the lost to be saved in the great awakening which is coming. The battle front has shifted from defense to offense. We must not up in this fight.
When I saw the words you headlined, “ann opportune time” it hit me. Of course the appointed times of the Lord, as well as “the opportune time” are for our eyes to know! The secret things belong to us and to our children. (Deut. 29:29) so I started praying into the “opportune time that the enemy is looking as their opportunity and we will CANCEL it from this point to there we are ahead and we are the head not the tail. We’re not gonna be wagged around whipped around by an evil agenda, that’s ahead of the church.
It’s a new era, a new age age in which the foundations have been strengthened they have been filled with the gold that has been refined in our hearts through this process, the treasures and gems and pure gold have been set in our foundations, and we have a stronger more accurate authority Without doubt, in the mighty right arm of our king, let us remember. He went to the father, so he could be crowned worthy to take his bride, and here we come in Him doing greater things.
I agree we need to now be vigilant in pressing into Gods will for our country. I pray that as we prayed for the election that the church in America has awakened from her slumber to understand the war we really are in. Thank you Wanda for being a forefront leader in this great mission for our families and country.
In the early morning hours after the Nov. 4 election I had a serious warfare dream. It included witchcraft, children and a hand to hand combat with a warlock. Whew haven’t had dreams of this sort in some time. The Warlock was then taken out with a stake to the heart (Literally a penknife) I believe we must continue to write, communicate truth and call the saints to engage in battle as scripture indicates. Watching in readiness, for certain the darkness will try again.
Thank you Wanda! I heard these 4 words as I woke up this morning…sabatoge then tormenting then stealth then insidious. I have not looked up meanings nor prayed into these words as yet, but believe that there is both insight and strategy in them as we discern in the coming days.
In concert with other intercessors I gather with, I heard that “they” knew too many of us were watching this election for “them” to get away with a cheat, but instead are regrouping, not to CHANGE this nation into a servant to their global agendas, but to DESTROY it. They had hoped for “change”, ala Barak Obama decrees, but have gone to plan “D” (destroy). That means suit up and show up with reinforced knees pads for prayer, prayer, prayer. The Greatest Show On Earth is about to begin and Jesus is the “Ringmaster” (ala of Lord of the Rings) . . . He rules, He reigns with His saints. All hands on deck and take to your battle stations!!!
Great insight!! Your explanation about hoping to change USA vs all our destruction of USA (and Israel) is accurate! This definitely illustrated the demonic/satanic attacks particularly since 2020 election has to have been a spiritual war! The Body of Christ must STAND in our full armor against spiritual princes and principalities.

In your post you say this isn’t about a political party and yet all your language and followers seem to be fixated on the Republican Party as “Good” and the Democrats as “Evil”. Just has me confused.
I’m speaking more about the spiritual realities in play – but you are right – I do speak of Republicans of being the better choice based on their platform. But we all know both parties are compromised. Ultimately, I’m championing those who fear God and honor biblical values. We’ve got a ways to go, for sure!
Which biblical values are the most important? I have noticed both parties have different approaches and uphold different biblical teaching?
Republicans focus on the unborn and Democrats the immigrant/poor.

Already hearing reports that allegedly, people in that 5 sided ex-hospital building in Arlington, VA are making plans to pull off another JFK, allegedly.
As I look at the map that shows the “Red wave” that swept over America during the election, I rejoice, like most of us, for how God woke up so many in our nation to which way to vote. But what hits me right after that moment of rejoicing is, we don’t just want people to “wake up” to voting for Donald J. Trump, or Republican, or however each person saw it, but NOW let’s pray that, while God has their attention, all these people wake up to God, Jesus, and salvation. We all know that Donald J. Trump is not our savior (but he is who God has chosen and anointed for this position at this time, just like Cyrus and Jehu in the OT). We thank God for giving us this great victory in allowing Donald J. Trump to win! But I hope now we can continue this fervor and pray for all these great people across our nation (and the world) to wake up to what is really going on. It’s a spiritual battle. There’s God Almighty and there’s His enemy, the devil, the deceiver. God wants to save us; the devil wants to destroy us. Let’s pray that people really pay attention to God calling out to them to draw them to Himself. We don’t just want Republicans or people who vote for godly values. We want all these people to grab ahold of our God who is behind it! Let’s pray for a great awakening to salvation through Jesus Christ, our King!
As I was praying for the new administration yesterday morning– I got a picture of
a table all set — I immediately thought of Psalm 23; 5 You prepare a table before
me in the presence of my enemies; You anoint my head with oil; my cup runs over.
6; Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life; and I will dwell
in the house of the Lord Forever.
I got up and prayed the whole Psalm 23 over this new administration, and America.!!!!!!!

Yes, i heard a rhema word for the USA on the day following the election, “Dont rest on your laurels”. The word “laurel” connotes a victory wreath, & was later quickened re Ancient Greek stadium winners (in old satanic rituals)..
But Christ wore a crown of thorns, causing His blood to be shed in place of our own.. It is only by His Crown that True Victory is accomplished.

Harry H… don’t believe the Democrats focused on the immigrant/poor. Believe they were focused on their power/control, ie one world order. Thank you Lord for this victory & help us prepare for the next chapter.
