The assassination of Charlie Kirk is igniting a flame. Even some of his harshest critics are rethinking their cause. They can no longer deny his integrity and generous demeanor. They can no longer doubt his dedication to Christ, which cost him his life. Some who decried his beliefs in the past are now turning their minds, as well as their hearts to God. Some are calling it the Charlie Kirk Effect.
But even as a flame is being lit, some are feeling lost and disoriented. Now recognizing a spiritual enemy and level of wickedness that is more than just political or ideological, an entire generation is wrestling with questions about their own place and purpose in the midst of such warfare.
The night Charlie was killed, I asked the Lord to speak to me through dreams if there was anything I could pass on for their strengthening. He did. And through the dreams, the Holy Spirit directed me to a specific line in Psalm 23 as a PROMISE and CHARGE for this generation:
“I Have Prepared a Table Before You in the Presence of Your Enemies!”
“You need not fear this shadow of death that is threatening you, or the dark forces that seek to destroy your VOICE and your WITNESS. For I AM with you. You are not alone in this battle! I will lead you through this darkness and direct your paths.”
“Where you have been dismissed and overlooked, and given no seat at the table, I will give you a seat at tables that once turned you away. Where you have had no VOICE and not been heard, I will magnify your voice and it will reverberate through the airwaves with the sounds of FREEDOM. I will anoint your head with the oil of My presence and power, and you will know the depth of My Goodness.”
“The enemies of God will no longer silence those who speak My words. The attacks against MY VOICES will backfire as I raise YOUR voice in the airwaves. The voices of this next generation of firebrands and champions will silence the enemies of God and dismantle their reign of terror.”
“Look to Me. Draw from Me. I will lead you through this valley, and these enemies of Light will fall to your left and to your right. Not by the might of men, or by the power of flesh, but by the Spirit of the Living God that will SPEAK THROUGH YOU.”
Right before posting this word, this short clip came up on my X feed.
There are hundreds, if not thousands more, just like him…

Thank you, Wanda, for obediently posting what the Lord placed on your heart following Charlie Kirk’s martyrdom. Surely the seed of his life will bring forth much fruit, as is demonstrated in your posting of young John’s moving message. God bless him! God hold Charlie’s wife and children in His comforting and protective embrace. Thank you, again!
Wanda, Thank you for sharing Gods Heart. I so believe, this is for the Body…wherever He has called you to serve. I’m reminded, Greater is He that is in me! The Body of Christ is and always be a target of the enemy because he knows full well of the Love God has for His Children. I’m reminded, No greater Love as when a man would lay down his life for another. He had promised Greater is He who is within you then he that is in the world. Do not fear for I have overcome the World. We were born for a reason and we Gods Children must rise up, the price paid down here is nothing compared to the reward He has prepared for us.
Thank you Wanda for your words of encouragement and to the young man who has posted his truth. God bless him and help us all to stand up against the evil we find around us every day.
God is so good! My heart breaks for Charlie’s wife & children; this is a trial. It just came in a different form than others trials. God will be with her & strengthen her, & help her. There IS a reason, a purpose for all of this, & God WILL turn this for good, as we all see, He ALREADY IS! And as you have shown us, thru the video of this young man, this is causing others to arise into the positions that God has called them to. ALL PRAISE BE TO OUR LOVING SAVIOR!
One effect that may come of this is that brethren in the Word of Faith, New Apostolic Reformation, and any other movement wherein they have been taught that nothing bad is going to happen until we’re out of here, or that God is some kind of Grandpa Deep Pockets who always says yes, will have to rethink their understanding. This horrible event could unseat some major error that sometimes shipwrecks people’s faith.
Emunah. Hallelujah!
Since we are in a 41 day communion time. Was the blood shed, a “turning point”, a blood line drawn, “to choose this day” are you a sheep or goat? I heard this today in prayer.
Yes and Amen! I confirm this is also what the Holy Spirit has spoken to me about it. Tragic though it is at a natural level, the Lord is still Sovereign and is using ALL for His Greater Good & Purposes. HalleluYAH!
Really beautiful word from the Lord. Thank you
Thank You Wanda for the words God gave You for the body of Christ. Beautiful and timely words for Hope and Encouragement. We are feeling the pain and grief and sorrow what took place to Charlie Kirk. We grieve for His wife and children and family and friends who are left behind. We are grieving the loss for ourselves. The video of John was impactful and true with raw honesty. Thank You Wanda for all You and Bobby do for the Kingdom of God . In His Love, Jane
I pray that this doesn’t turn into political revival like 9/11….though it seems headed that way already.
MAGA isn’t the answer. Mixing faith and politics isn’t the answer (as a friend said).
it never has been.
It takes our eyes off of God’s objectives.
EMOTION CAN FOOL US. Often short lived, not sustained.
Thank you Wanda for all your words of encouragement and dreams shared. My Mother-in-law (80 yrs old) has been glued to the tv the past few days. She was raised catholic but has stopped going to church and has many questions. After watching young people in Ohio claiming Christ at a highschool football game, she went to bed asking Jesus to save her.
Thank you Wanda, your words are always encouraging. I believe as the video from John portrays that the primary way we honor Charlie Kirk’s legacy is to be like him—to walk unashamed of the gospel of Jesus Christ, to say what we believe, to speak plainly, and to do so even in environments hostile to the authority of God.
